Gulnoz – Your Life Coach for Parents: Navigating Career, Family and Personal Fulfillment

As an international human rights lawyer, life coach, and mother to two sons - a teenager and a toddler, I navigate the complex interplay of a demanding career, a traditional society, and the unpredictability of warzones and mission life. My journey has been shaped by the experiences of going through a divorce and subsequently remarrying. However, these experiences have not deterred me from raising a family and achieving success in my career while preserving my identity as a strong and independent woman.

Throughout different stages of my life, I have employed a strategic approach to prioritization, a tactic that has enabled me to successfully balance the demands of my professional journey with family life. A significant part of my strategy involves self-care and proritisation, as I recognize that cannot do everything at a time and that replenishing my energy is crucial for maintaining my roles efficiently . To other parents navigating their own journeys, I offer this advice: Understand that 'having it all' doesn't necessarily mean having everything at once. Balance is about understanding the seasons of life and knowing when to prioritize certain aspects over others.
